Evidence - Based Psychotherapy
Services
-
Evidence-based, individualized care for adults navigating symptoms of anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, burnout, professional stress, emotional dysregulation, and feeling stuck in cycles that no longer serve you.
Insight is an important part of therapy. But insight alone isn’t the goal - its the starting point. In addition to gaining insight, I work alongside you to apply practical, evidence-based skills so understanding translates into real, lasting changes.
Treatment is collaborative - we’ll work together to define what change looks like for you, drawing on the modalities best suited to your goals, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Ketamine - Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Systemic and Emotionally Focused Therapies
Prolonged Exposure Therapy
EMDR
Somatic Practices

There is expanding research around how Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) can help eligible patients get unstuck and experience long-lasting improvement in symptoms, particularly those struggling with depression, trauma history, anxiety, PTSD or those facing a roadblock in their current therapy.
Some of the latest studies have shown truly life-changing results for some patients, and I felt compelled to offer KAP to my clients should they want to pursue this avenue of care.
What is KAP? Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy pairs ketamine treatment with ongoing psychotherapy, giving eligible patients the opportunity to experience more powerful breakthroughs in therapy. It’s a tool I use my practice alongside my other specialties and modalities, such as systemic therapies, trauma therapies, and CBT.
Ketamine does not involve a long-term medication regimen (meaning it is not a daily medication taken long-term), but acts as a compliment to psychohtherapy. Clients are paired with a medical provider (a psychiatrist or licensed nurse practioner) who will determine eligibility and dosing. Depending on the type of ketamine prescribed, KAP is typically 6-12 sessions, but session duration and frequency are determined during a consultation with a medication provider. Psychotherapy integration is key and does not have to discontinue once the 6-12 KAP sessions are completed.
If you’re curious to learn more about KAP, I would be happy to discuss more. Please complete and submit the contact form. I am also happy to provide further education resources upon request.

Healing can be a challenge in isolation - and it doesn’t have to happen alone. Group therapy offers connection, shared understanding, and support from others who truly get it, alongside the guidance of a trained clinician. Examples of group offerings are below. If interested, be sure to inquire about current group offerings as they are subject to change.
Process Group for Mothers of Young Children (ages 0-3)
The early years of parenting can be some of the most demanding - physically, emotionally, and relationally. This group offers a supportive space for mothers to process the realities of early motherhood, from identity shifts and relationship changes to the exhaustion and overwhelm that may go unspoken. You also don’t have to be struggling to belong here. Some mothers come during a hard season; others come simply to connect with other moms, share what’s working, and feel less alone in the day-to-day of raising young children. Wherever you’re at, you’re welcome exactly as you are. You’ll connect with other mothers navigating similar terrain, in a space that welcomes the full range of the experience - the hard parts and the joyful ones alike.
Mindfulness & Movement Group
This group offers a gentle embodied space to reconnect with yourself. Sessions may incorporate relaxing breathing techniques, guided meditation, and trauma-informed yoga practices - always at your pace, and only if desired. No prior experiences with mindfulness or movement is needed; you’re welcome exactly as you are; and you remain in the lead on what feels right for you. This group is often a helpful complement to Ketamine - Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and can be utilized as an integration of KAP.
